While our team may access ideas for troubleshooting purposes, we never use customer ideas as output for other users. We also actively avoid posting 'idea of the day' content that's similar to ideas our users have submitted for research.

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing, choose the new plan, and confirm. Any issues with the switch, email support@ideabrowser.com.

Yes, you can upgrade anytime and you'll only be charged the difference. Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing, and follow the upgrade steps. The system will prorate your remaining Starter balance and only charge the difference to Pro. If you see the full amount instead of the prorated difference, email support@ideabrowser.com and we'll sort it out manually.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked. Go into Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing, click 'Cancel subscription', and confirm.

Check spam, promotions, if you still don't see an email please try again. Still nothing after 10 min? While most emails are delivered within 1-3 minutes, sometimes they can take longer due to a variety of reasons. If you're still having issues, email support@ideabrowser.com and we'll hep you out.

Email support from the address on file with "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" in the subject. We'll permanently erase all data within 48 hours and confirm.

Idea analyses are global by default. Keyword and trend data skew to where search volume is strongest (often US). In Pro, add your target country in the idea brief and our Research Agent narrows sources to that region.

While we wish everyone executed on the ideas. The reality is, most people don't act on the ideas - they browse for inspiration or validate existing projects. While thousands might read an idea, only a tiny fraction execute, and even fewer follow through long-term. Plus, most opportunities aren't 'winner takes all' - there are often hundreds of ways to niche down, differentiate, or localize the concept based on your skills and network. For more exclusive angles, our Pro plan offers deeper tools to customize, filter by niche, and research your own ideas. Think of each idea as a starting point to help you spot trends, validate concepts, and carve your own path.
